It is the perfect mixture of spooky atmosphere and mind-tingling puzzle adventure. Because the solutions are not obvious, its a real triumph to figure them out. I consider myself to be an above-average puzzle/Hidden object gamer, and this was among the more challenging games Ive encountered in awhile. At this price, a total steal.

Fantastic point and click adventure with some tricky, inventive puzzles. I had only a few small issues for the developers: moving from room to room was often a bit confusing due to non-consistent touch areas (for example, some touch spots to move forward were quite low on the screen, which resulted in many accidental room changes occurring while you searched for clues...) Also, the inventory items dont realign themselves after one is used, so you often must scroll past 10 or so blank boxes to see what you are holding. But these are very minor issues in what was a great game that provided some nice challenging puzzles. Id definitely recommend.

Overall good game. Though hard to progress sometimes even using hints. Some objects hard to find. I personally like games where finding objects are easy, figuring how to use them is a challenge. This game is other way around.

Love the ethereal otherworldly feel and the funny dialogue. The puzzle pieces were fun although some were quite hard to find. The mini games were challenging, had to use hints a few times. What a great price compared to a lot of other games. Definitely recommended.

Ok Ive played hidden object games before and this is disappointing. Finding puzzles pieces and moths are not my idea of a hidden object game. And the extras you find are not in the same genre as true hidden object games. Feel like I wasted my money.

This was a great game for the price. The puzzles ranged from easy to hard. I have to admit I used the hints a couple of times just because I wasnt sure what the puzzle wanted me to do. The one thing I didnt like was that I sometimes had to follow a certain sequence before I could pick up an item. It was there and I knew I needed it but the game wouldnt let me take it and I wasnt sure of the exact sequence. Otherwise, it was fun and lasted more than an hour or two to finish.

Not great for iPhone. To hard to read tiny print, hard to manipulate puzzle moves on a small screen,

Its decent at best. I love puzzles but the clues were all over the place and some of them didnt make sense. Instead of being able to save clues you either had to write it down or memorize it. Ive played better.

The haunt 1&2 are by far the best games I have ever played on the iPad. Best in the genre!

This is an okay game. Navigation is a little clunky and I have to take handwritten notes instead of having an in-game journal. Some of the clues really dont make much sense.

This was executed in such a way that it makes this a wonderful and unique gaming experience. It is perfect for the iPads touch interface. You truly feel a connection and sense of interaction within the games environment. I wear a headset while playing this. (and highly recommend it)The music is dark and haunting, adding a sense of unease that adds to the mood of your surroundings in the game. I love that exploring and observation are key elements to this as well. A wonderful game that makes you think and provides a chilling and beautifully dark atmosphere to do it in!

Good game. As always, I wish some of the puzzles were less tedious. Took some thought to finish the game. I liked the way the things gathered along the way were used in puzzles.

I was excited to see a decent priced game but it wasted more of my time than anything. I was very disappointed. The graphics were ok as was the story line so two stars. I do enjoy these types of games but not when there are no instructions on how to solve puzzles and even after looking up solution...they made nooooo sense!!! Thank goodness for a skip button. It got used a lot!!! I was going to try and finish the game since I paid for it but its not worth the headache so I deleted it. Sorry guys... I will not be a return customer. I dont appreciate games that make me feel stupid! I also dont appreciate constantly having to back out of a game to look up stuff. Should be an in game guide or something!

This game is incredibly difficult! Watched the walkthrough and still had a hard completing it.. Good luck

I was really looking forward to playing this game, but couldnt get past the first mini game! Theres no skip function, so youre basically stuck and theres nothing you can do about it. Dont waste your time or your money.

I love point and click mystery games and this was a great find on the App Store after sorting out all the HO games. My only small complaint is that sometimes the puzzles were not very intuitive and I had to visit the walkthrough several times in order to even figure out what I was supposed to do with the puzzle. It could just be that Im not that smart though either lol. All in all very enjoyable and I downloaded the Haunt 2 immediately after I was done with this one.

Puzzles youve spent a lot of time on reset to their original state when you leave the game while working on them. Extremely aggravating when you have to start from the beginning after spending a half hour or more on working through a puzzle that cannot be easily redone from either notes or memory. After multiple instances, I want to tell this game to go flip itself. Some of us have an actual life and cant sacrifice whats important in favor of having to solve a stupid game so that it doesnt revert to its initial state. Id give it zero stars for that alone were it not for the games other redeeming qualities. The imagery is appealing and the puzzles can be challenging. Having to start from the beginning on some of them though, is a royal PITA.
