Most of the puzzles open up so small that u cant see them let alone solve them. Total waste of money!!!!

Enjoying the game so far. For some reason the sound is not working which wasnt to bad until now. Stuck opening the safe!

What a strange game. I am on the fence whether I liked it or not. Had a good enough story, good enough puzzles, and a good amount of exploring to be had. But definitely had to use the walkthrough, and near the end I thought all the game-playing had been in vain when I couldnt find the last puzzle piece. I never found it, and I think the developers are aware of this problem because I was still able to finish the game. If you do play this game, my few tips of advice are to take screen shots of the clues so you can easily check them from your photos, and to record the wolves song on your phone and pause it while playing it back in order to put in the right tones. Hope that helps. Overall, sometimes a fun game, and sometimes not. Oh, and for the most part, not scary. I highly recommend Haunted Manor 1 if this style of game appeals to you.

Obviously, the makers of this game couldnt be bothered thinking about minor details such as game controls, so they just pretend figuring out how to play is part of the game, call it all a thrilling mystery and leave it up to the player to find out how to even get past the first few screens. This is a ripoff. Dont waste your money.

This game is very well done, with good graphics and a nice variety of puzzles, some quite tricky ones too.

When I was almost at the end of this game, it froze on me. I had to reset & I have been having problems eversince. Ive reset 4 times now & get stuck at the ropes (the secret door does not open) & at the stone block with the 3 puzzles. Pls fix so I can give this game a 5 star! Tks

The game is well done visually but it I had issues with a bug or two and it lacks a way to pass a puzzle if you get totally stuck or just bored trying to solve it. Some puzzles are impossible to figure out without some additional help. A key I found disappeared from my list of objects and made it impossible to finish the game completely. A good effort and fun to look it but in my case, impossible to finish!

Some of the puzzles are tough - had to seek some cheats on the Internet. But it is a good game and long lasting. I would definitely recommend.

I had the most fun playing this game and I cant wait for the next one. For the person who said that there was no clues they are wrong. You have the moths and the puzzle you have to put together. Its really a thinking game. And finding all the deferent rooms was so much fun. Just one thing please dont change the next one to much. The price was worth every penny.

Loved it. I was so glad when they updated it so you could skip a puzzle if you needed to. Spent one week on the stupid slider puzzle. Really difficult game, but I loved the challenge.

Despite some negative reviews about this game, I bought it. Yes, at times it is frustrating but in the end its worth it. Great job and cant wait for the Haunt 2. Remember; patience is the key.

This game will make you want to throw your device! Thank god for the hint and puzzle skips. Some of what youre suppose to do is just not clear. It also would have benefited from a directional arrow to clarify where some of the less obvious doors are. A lot of the placement of critical items can not be seen, and will frustrate the hell out of you! Okay, now on to the positives. Graphics are well done and just exploring is fun, even though at times youll be saying what the hell am I doing?! The hint and skip button saves this game. The story is well done and the ghosts you encounter are pretty creepy. Unfortunately the difficulty is going to turn off your average casual gamer. If you stick with it and take a break in between some of the tough puzzles youll find it to be worth your time. Just dont pull your hair out trying to get to the finish.

This game has beautiful graphics and is fun but many of the puzzles are frustratingly hard. Before the developer put in the skip button I had went to the Internet and still could not get them solved. An example: on the official developers site it said to match the rings by turning the dials. It said to start by turning these colors first. Never could get it to solve. Puzzles should have logical answers. Not simply turn dials and maybe...just maybe you will get it to solve. As I mentioned, the skip button is the games saving grace. I hate having to look up answers to games like this and skip seems even worse, but at least I am back to playing it. I hope to see more from this developer as I love this style game. I just hope for better laid out puzzles.

This is reminiscent of the original 1990s PC games that can have no instructions - you must find your own way and problem-solving- harder core . If you dont use any walkthrough help, you will be working this out for hours. This one will take some commitment, so if you want to lose yourself on a weekend day this is the one- really challenge yourself aka Myst. Top quality compared to the recent buck 99 IPad games

No hints. No story. Boring. Glad I only paid three bucks for this.

The game has interesting design but almost unplayable without walkthrough, because puzzles are very complex and no logical hints are provided by game. Actually I do not believe someone can finish it without walkthrough at all. Also graphics is of low quality and cannot be labelled as HD, sorry. Many scenes are very blurry. But theres no wonder because game is 50 mb only, while most real HD games today occupy 500mb and more. It was definitely designed for low resolution and low bandwidth devices and not optimized for iPad (not to mention retina display).
